 Our roots go back to a company named MAINTAIN SYSTEM 34 started in 1982 that eventually had offices in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Amarillo. The focus was on IBM System 34 maintenance and upgrades. In 1986 the company began a series of mergers culminating in it becoming part of a large international mainframe oriented company. In 1996 the founders of Maintain System 34 and some of the original technicians and a salesman left the large company and formed what is now MAINTAIN SYSTEMS, INC.

 The core of Maintain Systems' success is the loyalty and dedication of the people who joined the founders -- many of whom have been associated since the early '80's. Fred Marshall leads the Sales efforts as Director of Sales and Marketing. Chuck Springman and John Meyers are Senior Technical Support specialists in the IBM Midrange arena. John Richard is our Senior Network analyst with Charles Ray and Kenan Rozier rounding out the field service section. Kim Winzen manages office operations and dispatch functions and Sherman Harder manages our warehouse and handles parts and equipment acquisitions as well as performs in-house repair.
