Our highly trained technical staff understands your systems, but most importantly they understand how they affect your business. Our maintenance contracts include parts, labor, preventive maintenance, problem determination and much more. There are members of our customer base that have been customers for over 20 years.

For customers who have minimum parts exposure or just prefer a labor-only agreement we offer the same repair expertise at an hourly rate in 20, 40, 60, and 80 -hour blocks with incremental discounts for more hours purchased. All hours are billed in advance and tracked with our dispatch system so that we provide up-to-date reports insuring the accuracy of time used. All parts are billed in addition to hours used upon customer's approval. Block time rates vary based on type of equipment and structured statements of work, so ask your sales representative for the rates that apply to your installation.

MSI can manage all cabling projects with an in-depth knowledge of cabling system design, installation and trouble shooting. We will consult with you on the design of your system before it is installed and provide you with on-going support long after the installation.

We also offer Time & Materials serivce on a per-call basis. This service offers our customers the ability to pay for service only when needed with no prepayment of hours required. As with Block Time Service, parts will be billed with repair time. Minimum labor hours may apply. Contact your sales representative for current rates and restrictions.
